The Granville Cliff Estate Company Ltd was set up to administer and manage the estate to which it pertains in Seasalter, Whitstable in Kent. The estate consists of the following roads: Allan Road, Bowyer Road, Fairway Crescent, Hodgson Road, St Mary’s Grove and Preston Parade and the Company runs the estate via a residents’ committee for the good of all the residents and the future of the estate.
The Company does not trade and was essentially set up to maintain the private status of the Estate. The Granville Cliff Estate Company Ltd owns the roads, banks and beaches on the Granville Cliff Estate and currently, householders pay an annual charge of £100.00 towards the costs of maintaining the Estate.
A new build levy of £5000 is made to residents who wish to demolish and rebuild houses on the Estate to cover the wear and tear on the roads. If you are interested in moving to the Estate then please make sure you and your solicitors are in possession of all the information this site contains.
